Accounting Officer (5 days work)

Responsiblilties

 
  • Handle full set of account and administration work
  • Assist in year end audit
  • Assist in monthly P&L calculation
  • Assist in cash flow calculation
  • Participate in various ad-hoc projects as assigned

  • Oversee all bank related operation including regular and irregular cheque payment

Requirements:

Responsibilities

 

  • Design and follow-up product packaging, themes and promotion materials
  • Develop creative concepts and printed artwork including brochures, leaflets, posters, banners, POP materials, newsletter, leaflet and DM
  • Website layout and online artwork banner design

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Design or related discipline
  • 1 year solid experience in Graphic design / Fashion design is highly preferred
  • Proficient in design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and good output knowledge and other multimedia software would be advantage

Beauty Trainer (5 days work)

Responsibilities

 

 

  • Identify training and development needs to cope with company business
  • Design, organize and delivery in treatment theory, products knowledge, consultative selling skills
  • Coordinate with external and internal partners for training and development delivery
  • Develop course evaluation & performance measurement to ensure training effectiveness
  • Maintain updated training databases / records and compile regular management reports

Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • Holder of International Certificate in beauty and academic qualifications, such as City & Guilds, TAFE, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, etc.
  • Over 3 years training experience within beauty & cosmetics industry

Purchaser/Merchandiser (5 Days Work)

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide overall support to the purchasing function for assigned categories
  • Communicate with suppliers, follow through form all sample, product development, ordering, shipment to replenishment.
  • Work with factories, QA and warehousing team to ensure materials in timely arrivals
  • Develop and source new products / suppliers in accordance with company direction
  • Maintain good relationship with suppliers and monitor product quality, inspection and claims follow-up

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in FMCG / Cosmetics / Beauty industry
  • Diploma or above in Purchasing or business related disciplines
  • Responsible, strong price negotiation skill and able to work under pressure
  • Sensitive to numeral data and good analytical skill
  • Good command of Cantonese & Mandarin

Responsibilities

  • Define VM strategies in line with marketing campaigns and sales objectives
  • In charge of the remodeling and decoration of our new shops
  • In charge of interior designs
  • Develop and implement VM concepts and in-store arrangements at all POS
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising manuals
  • Coach store supervisors for VM concepts and maintenance
  • Review our beauty and retail stores and ensure that they are up to standard; adjustment is needed if necessary
  • Responsible for graphic design of pop and promotion materials
  • Responsible for the team to create and maintain displays in shops
  • Match promotion campaigns or activities up with store displays and layouts
  • Be up to date on competitors and exert efforts where needed in VM development

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Visual Merchandising or Visual Design
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail industry
  • Proactive, good team player, and innovative with strong dedication to result
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated and good communication skills
  • Knowledge in color trends
  • Commercial creativity with strong fashion sense
